1.1 Important notations
What happens if I entered an incorrect shipping address or want to change it?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at tropicdepartment@gmail.com before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, it is very difficult to change it. There is a good chance the product will return to our warehouse and we will have to ship it again. We will not cover the shipping costs. However, if you experience this issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union, customs duties/taxes may be charged in some cases, and the buyer is responsible for paying any necessary taxes, VAT, and customs fees that may apply to shipping to their country.
If you do not agree with this, please refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us.
TROPIC is not responsible for taxes, fees applied to shipping, or any fees applied by customs, outside the European Union , so the buyer is responsible for paying the required amount.
2 Exchanges and returns
You can exchange a product for FREE within 7 DAYS of receiving it. Shipping costs will be charged after the second exchange.
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. If you choose a refund, shipping costs will be charged.
Items must be returned in their original condition, free of signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. The original packaging, tags, and any accessories that were part of the product must also be included.
The refund will be processed for the value of the purchased product, excluding shipping costs. Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and a refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned items.
