1.1 Important Notations
What happens if I've entered an incorrect shipping address or want to change it?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at tropicdepartment@gmail.com before your order is shipped. Once shipped, it is very difficult to change the address; there is a high chance the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will have to resend it, in which case we will not cover the shipping costs. However, if you encounter this problem, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union, customs duties/taxes may be charged in some cases, and the buyer is responsible for paying any necessary taxes, VAT, and customs fees that may apply to the shipment to their country.
If you do not agree with this, please refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us.
TROPIC is not responsible for taxes, shipping fees, or any customs duties outside the European Union , so the buyer is responsible for paying the required amount.
2. Exchanges and returns
You can exchange your product free of charge once within 7 days of receiving it. Shipping costs will apply for any subsequent exchanges.
You can return your order within 7 days of receipt. If you choose a refund, shipping costs will be charged.
Items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent their resale as new. It is also mandatory to include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that were part of the product.
The refund will be processed for the value of the purchased product, excluding shipping costs. Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and a refund will be issued based on their condition.
